Terms of Service

FindMyWish is operated by Wiztrom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use the FindMyWish website, mobile app, waitlist, public sharing features, and related backend services.

Accepting These Terms

By using FindMyWish, creating an account, joining the waitlist, or accessing a shared FindMyWish link, you agree to these Terms. If you use FindMyWish for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use FindMyWish.

Who Can Use FindMyWish

• You must be at least 13 years old to use FindMyWish.
• If the law where you live requires a higher age to use online services or consent to data processing, you must meet that higher age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and sign-in methods secure.

The Service

FindMyWish helps you save, organize, search, and return to products, links, videos, ideas, lists, tasks, habits, reminders, notes, and related content. Some features may be in beta, may be available only to invited users, or may change as the product evolves.

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify features when needed for product development, reliability, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or business reasons.

Waitlist And Founding Offers

Waitlist access, launch invites, founding offers, and early-user perks are promotional and may be limited by availability, eligibility, geography, platform, account status, and abuse-prevention checks.

The first-250 founding offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be limited to one claim per person, account, device, or email address. If an offer mentions Pro access or a discount, the exact benefit applies only if and when the related paid plan is available to you and you meet the offer requirements.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create, save, upload, or share through FindMyWish, including saved links, notes, lists, images, attachments, polls, tasks, habits, reminders, and related metadata ("User Content").

You give FindMyWish a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, process, transmit, and adapt your User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide FindMyWish features. This includes syncing your content across devices, generating previews or metadata, processing reminders, enabling search, and showing content to people you choose to share with.

Your saves are private by default. If you create a public poll, shared list, public link, or similar sharing feature, people with access to that link may be able to view or interact with the content you shared. Do not share content unless you have the right to share it.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FindMyWish to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Upload, save, share, or request content that is abusive, exploitative, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, defamatory, fraudulent, or invasive of privacy.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe systems, bypass limits, scrape at scale, or interfere with FindMyWish or its providers.
• Spam, phish, impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or manipulate waitlist or offer eligibility.
• Use FindMyWish to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Use automated systems to create accounts, claim offers, submit forms, or overload the service without our written permission.

We may remove content, disable shared links, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe these rules are violated or if action is needed to protect users, FindMyWish, providers, or the public.

Shared Content And Reports

Shared polls, lists, links, and other public or semi-public features may include User Content. If you believe shared FindMyWish content is illegal, abusive, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms, contact support@findmywish.com with the link and a short explanation.

AI, Voice, And Automated Features

FindMyWish may offer AI, voice, video understanding, extraction, search, summarization, recommendation, planning, or other automated features. These features may be experimental and may produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect results.

Do not rely on FindMyWish for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

Third-Party Content And Services

FindMyWish may let you save or preview content from third-party websites, apps, stores, social platforms, and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms and policies.

Paid Features

FindMyWish currently describes an optional Pro plan, but paid features may not be available in every release or region. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown in the app, app store, or payment provider checkout will apply.

App store purchases are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider. Unless we state otherwise, cancellations and refunds for those purchases must be handled through that provider's process.

App Store Terms

If you download FindMyWish from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for FindMyWish, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, claims, or user disputes. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required for apps distributed through the Apple App Store.

If you download FindMyWish from Google Play or another app marketplace, that marketplace's terms and policies may also apply.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and delete data. By using FindMyWish, you also acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your FindMyWish account and associated app data as described on the Account Deletion page. Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, audit records, backup integrity, or to prove that a deletion request was handled.

Intellectual Property

FindMyWish, Wiztrom, the app, website, brand assets, design, software, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by Wiztrom or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of FindMyWish or permission to use our brand assets except as needed to use the service normally.

Copyright And IP Complaints

If you believe content on FindMyWish infringes your intellectual property rights, email support@findmywish.com with enough information for us to identify the content, understand your rights, and contact you.

Disclaimers

FindMyWish is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, and error-free operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiztrom and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, service interruption, or third-party conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to FindMyWish will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid FindMyWish for the service in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Wiztrom from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of FindMyWish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your location, courts located in Kerala, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or FindMyWish.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as FindMyWish changes. We will update the date above and, when required, provide additional notice. Continuing to use FindMyWish after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
